Job summary

Target is seeking a Starbucks Barista at 2801 W Market St, Fairlawn, OH. The Starting Hourly Rate is $15.50, with a pay range of $15.50–$23.25 per hour. This role supports guest service, beverage and food preparation, and Drive Up/OPU activities in a fast-paced store environment.

As a Barista, you will greet guests, assist with needs, maintain food safety and cleanliness, and collaborate with team members to ensure a friendly shopping experience for all customers.

Qualifications

• Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred, but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes.
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Provide a consistent Starbucks experience by delivering on commitments.
• Greet guests and assist them; help them find what they need and resolve issues.
• Produce hand crafted beverages and food to specifications.
• Follow food safety requirements and cleaning tasks.
• Support Drive Up processes and order fulfillment.
• Maintain an inviting dining area for guests.
• Assist back-up cashier, order pickup and Drive-up as needed.
