Job summary

BOLT BROTHERS LLC in Hermosa Beach, CA is hiring a personable and outgoing barista/server to join a fast-paced cafe environment. You will prepare specialty coffee, run food, buss tables, and engage with regulars and beachgoers while keeping service friendly and efficient.

Shifts are 4–6 hours, with start times between early morning and late afternoon. This is not a summer job, but a year-round, grown-up gig with a robust tip pool that enhances earnings.

Job description

Fast paced restaurant and all -day cafe in Hermosa Beach ISO a personable and outgoing barista/server.

Job involves specialty coffee preparation, POS efficiency, food running, table bussing, cookie puzzling (its a thing, trust us) and customer chatting. Hours are anywhere between 6:00am and 5:00 - 6:00pm - generally 4 - 6hr shifts. starting at minimum wage hourly (18.42) plus a very healthy tip pool.

Ideal prospective team member is avialable for both morning and afternoon shifts, weekdays and weekends. THIS IS NOT A SUMMER JOB - we do hire students for summer work but this is a grown-up gig to continue throughout the year.

Its a busy spot - we have as much fun as we can while providing smooth and friendly relaxed service to a great crowd of regulars and weekend beach goers.
