Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is hiring a Coffee Bar Attendant to deliver fast, friendly service and quality beverages at Rise Restaurant. You will greet guests, prepare hot and cold drinks, and handle orders with accuracy in a busy casino resort setting.

This role requires at least 1 year in customer service or coffee/barista work, availability for 24/7 shifts, and a professional appearance. Training is provided, and benefits like medical, 401(k), and paid time off support a

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service and/or coffee bar/barista, as well as in cashiering/money handling preferred.
• Ability to deliver a service level which creates an atmosphere that makes guests want to return, giving each guest a positive, memorable entertainment experience.
• Must present an image of excitement, enthusiasm, and outgoing personality, while being able to project a professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Greets and takes guest orders in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Prepares hot and cold food orders (i.e. coffee and espresso drinks), including sandwiches.
• Collect various forms of payment to process orders using the cash register and applies monies and makes accurate change.
• Keeps service area, guest tables, and storage area clean, sanitary, and organized at all times.
• Handles and solves any concerns and questions customers may have or relays guest complaints/compliments to the appropriate Assistant Manager on duty.
• Performs all side work and stocking of supplies at assigned station, and maintains all food service carts in the outlet.
• Promotes positive public/employee relations at all times.
• Completes all set-up and closing duties in a timely fashion.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Description

Under the direction of the Rise Restaurant Assistant Manager, Coffee Bar Attendant provides customers with prompt service and quality food and beverages while ensuring a positive guest service experience.
