Responsibilities

• Prepares all coffee drinks to specifications.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and sanitized work area.
• Provides high level customer service to OSC Visitors and Members.
• Explains the journey of coffee to visitors.
• Operates and maintains coffee equipment for daily use.
• Adheres to health and safety standards at all times.
• Answers visitors’ questions with confidence and accuracy.
