Job summary

W. Lee Flowers is seeking an enthusiastic store associate to deliver consistent guest service, support merchandising programs, and uphold store standards in a fast-paced environment. You will demonstrate products, assist with inventory, and ensure clean, safe conditions while engaging with guests and coworkers.

The role involves assisting with stocking, training new staff, and performing scheduled announcements, with duties assigned by management as needed.
