Qualifications

• Previous barista or guest‑facing experience preferred.
• Ability to stay positive in a fast paced environment.
• Strong communication and friendly guest interaction.
• Flexible scheduling and reliability

Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages to spec.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe bar area.
• Enter orders accurately and process payments.
• Keep drink stations stocked and ready for peak times.
• Communicate clearly with FOH and BOH to keep service flowing
• Resolve guest concerns with empathy and quick action
