Job summary

Harwood Hospitality Group in Dallas is seeking a friendly Barista/Bartender for Isabelle’s Bar at Hotel Swexan. You will prepare coffee, espresso, tea and cocktails, serve guests efficiently during morning shifts, and uphold Hotel Swexan beverage standards.

You will monitor inventory, maintain a clean bar area, follow HACCP and state liquor laws, and provide a welcoming guest experience through knowledgeable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Experience as barista/bartender in hospitality or related field.
• Must be TIPS certified or equivalent state requirement.
• Ability to prepare coffee, espresso, tea and cocktails to standard recipes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee, espresso, tea and cocktails to Hotel Swexan beverage standards.
• Deliver beverages to guests in a pleasant, efficient manner.
• Maintain a spotless, well-organized bar area and equipment.
• Monitor inventory and replenish supplies; complete beverage requisitions and par lists.
• Follow HACCP and state liquor laws; monitor guest intoxication and adjust service accordingly.
• Engage guests with friendly conversation and provide knowledge about drinks and offerings.
• Coordinate with outlet managers, servers and hosts to ensure a seamless guest experience.
