Job summary

The-Upside-Brew in Cincinnati, OH is looking for an upbeat, driven barista to join our cafe by day and our taproom by night. We offer a simple breakfast and lunch menu, plus draft beer, wine, and cocktails, and we are hiring for 20-35 hours per week.

Starting pay is $10.00 per hour plus cash and card tips (effective take-home often $17–$21 per hour). Previous barista experience is required and applicants must be 21 or older, with strong weeknight and weekend availability, including Sundays.

We have been getting busier AND a position just opened up. We are looking to hire one person for 20-35 hours!

A little bit more about the position:

• Starting pay is $10.00/hr plus credit card AND cash tips. ($17-21/hr)
• 20-35 hours a week.
• Previous barista experience is required at this time.
• Must be over the age of 21.
• We are prioritizing candidates with weeknight and weekend availability.
• We are prioritizing candidates with Sunday availability!
