Job summary

Sadie's Bakery, a pop-up venue within Seaport Entertainment Group's portfolio, is seeking a Sales Associate/Barista to greet guests, take orders, prepare coffee and bakery items, and manage payments with POS systems. You will maintain clean, organized workspaces and follow FIFO and health-safety standards.

The role requires a friendly, customer-focused attitude, 1+ year barista or quick-service experience, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least one year of barista experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of coffee, tea, and bakery products; guest-facing presentation.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, explain offerings, take orders, and enter preferences accurately into the POS system.
• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, tea, and bakery items to standards.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and report equipment issues promptly.
• Handle payments, provide receipts, and ensure accurate cash drops.
