Job summary

The Sicilian Butcher Chandler is seeking a friendly Barista to join our bakery counter team. You will prepare handcrafted pastries, desserts, and specialty coffee beverages while delivering genuine hospitality to every guest.

As the welcoming face of our bakery, you’ll ensure precise beverage preparation, maintain eye-catching displays, and provide excellent customer service across varying shifts in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous restaurant and beverage experience.
• Must have a current food handlers’ card or be able to obtain one.
• Must have experience, a positive attitude, be punctual, and be a team player.
• Willing to go the extra mile to satisfy every need of our guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, present drink menus, answer questions, and offer recommendations.
• Take orders with attention to detail.
• Prepare beverages following The Sicilian Butcher's recipes.
• Serve beverages and bakery items with appealing presentation.
• Monitor display and inventory of baked goods.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and equipment.
