AVI Foodsystems at Aultman Hospital is hiring a Starbucks Brand Full-time Barista. The role offers a starting pay of $16.00 per hour, Monday through Friday with no nights, weekends, or holidays.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, taking orders, preparing foods and beverages, packaging items, promoting different blends, and maintaining cleanliness. Training is provided for the right candidate and a positive, team-oriented attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Regular attendance and punctuality required.
• Flexible hours; may include early mornings or holidays. No nights or extended weekends.
• Experience in food and beverage prep or customer service preferred.
• Willingness to learn about food and beverage preparation.
• Strong listening and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers, informing them about specials or new items, answering questions and accepting orders and payments.
• Preparing foods, such as sandwiches or baked goods, grinding and blending coffee beans, brewing coffee and tea and serving items to customers.
• Packaging food and beverages for sale.
• Selling coffee and tea blends, highlighting the differences between items and educating customers about brewing methods.
• Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash and sanitizing equipment and utensils.
• Updating signage and displays to attract customers.
• Taking inventory and replenishing items in display cases, at tables or behind the counter.
• Working in as part of a fun, high-energy team.
• Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls.

Experience preferred, will train the right candidate. Positive attitude, teamwork, a desire to succeed, and the ability to get things done are a must.
