Job summary

Life Alive Cafe, LLC seeks a Front of House Service Team Member to welcome guests and drivers, prepare recipes per standards, and maintain quick, accurate service. You will take orders, support running food, and clearly communicate guest needs in a lively cafe setting.

Job description

Our Front of House Service Team Member should be someone who:

• A genuine passion and knowledge of our menu offerings,
• A willingness to assist and collaborate within a team,
• A great focus on guest service

You will:

• Greet guests and delivery drivers
• Baristas: Prepares recipes according to standard procedures.
• Baristas: Achieves a ticket time goal of 6 minutes or less.
• Take orders and ensure order accuracy and packaging
• Assist with running food to tables from our line
• Communicate guest needs

You Must be able to :

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Reaching and grasping overhead
• Lifting and carrying items weighing 50+ lbs
• Able to stand on feet for 8+ hours a day
