Din Tai Fung North America in Scottsdale is hiring for Barista / Apps. The one-position role covers making drinks at the Boba station, plating appetizers at the Side Station, and packing takeout orders at the Packing station in line with SOPs.

As a back-of-house position, responsibilities include cleaning, inventory checks, and restocking. Experience is welcome but not required; open availability and the ability to stand for long periods are important.

$19.00 - $21.30 per hour, based on years of relevant experience.

Job Purpose

The Barista / Apps position is one (1) position responsible for making all drinks in the Boba station, plating all the appetizer items in the Side Station, and packing takeout orders in the Packing station according to Din Tai Fung’s established recipes and SOP’s. The Barista / Apps is also responsible for cleaning and maintaining all three stations, taking regular inventory, and restocking necessary items.

Note: The Barista / Apps position is a Back of House (Kitchen) position.
