Job summary

Food Fight Restaurant Group is hiring a Barista at Aldos Cafe in Madison, WI. This role supports cafe operations with first shift hours, full- or part-time, and requires afternoon availability initially (12pm-5:30pm).

Compensation starts at $10/hour plus tips, with tips averaging $22–$24 depending on business levels. You will greet customers, take orders, prepare beverages and food items, and keep a clean, organized workspace.

Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday availability required early afternoon preferred (12pm-5:30pm)

The Barista will greet customers, efficiently take orders, process/serve cafe beverages/food orders, and maintain a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have (or have the ability to obtain) knowledge of coffee/tea & coffee brewing equipment.
