Job summary

SpaceXSI is seeking a Barista to join our team, supporting customer orders, inquiries, and deliveries while keeping a clean, safe space and ensuring accurate order fulfillment to boost morale and productivity across the company.

The role requires 2+ years of customer service in food service, familiarity with coffee equipment, and availability for 8:00 AM–6:30 PM shifts, with capacity to lift 25 lbs and stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 2+ years customer service experience in a food service environment including coffee/beverage services.
• Available for 1st shift: 8AM to 6:30PM, Monday–Friday.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand up to 8 hours.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up, work, and maintain a clean and safe work station.
• Complete daily prep tasks.
• Help the team meet time and quality standards set by supervisor.
• Clean and maintain departmental tools and equipment (drip coffee stations).
• Inventory/order supplies as needed.
