Job summary

Scooter's Coffee in Windsor Heights is looking for a friendly Barista to greet customers, craft beverages, and keep the store welcoming and clean. You’ll help with orders, maintain high cleanliness standards, and share product knowledge to ensure a great guest experience.

You’ll join a fast-paced team that values smile-first service, consistency, and teamwork. This role offers flexible schedules, tips from daily sales, and growth opportunities through leadership training within the franchise

Qualifications

• No formal education or prior barista experience required, friendly attitude and reliability preferred.
• Ability to learn quick, communicate clearly, and provide excellent guest service.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with warmth and energy; take orders and prepare beverages with precision.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming for guests.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Restock supplies and communicate inventory needs to the team.
• Learn product details to enhance guest experience and upsell when appropriate.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth store operations.
