District of Colombia Coffee Company is hiring a Coffee Truck Barista & Customer Experience Specialist in Washington, DC. This role combines hands-on coffee service with building relationships with our mobile customers.

You’ll prepare espresso drinks, greet guests, drive repeat business, handle POS transactions, and keep the truck clean and stocked. Early mornings and weekend availability help us serve busy mornings with a smile.

Pay: $18–$20 per hour + tips (Average earnings often exceed $22/hour)

Experience (Preferred)

• Barista or coffee shop experience

Not Required

• No barista experience? That’s okay. We can teach coffee. We can’t teach personality, work ethic, and a genuine love for serving people.

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand for extended periods
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions
• Able to work efficiently in a compact workspace
