Eisenhower Coffee Shop is seeking a Per Diem team member to craft and serve beverages and food items, operate the POS system, and maintain a clean, organized workspace in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on friendly customer service and efficient operations in a retail café setting.

Qualifications

• Education: Preferred high school diploma, GED or higher level degree.
• Licensure/ certifications: Riverside County Food Handler's Card or ServSafe Certificate.
• Experience: Preferred experience in food and beverage or customer service; prior cafe or coffee shop experience.

Responsibilities

Essential Responsibilities

• 7. Cleans and restocks work area throughout the day; maintains standards for sanitation and cleanliness by following standards for "clean as you go" and scheduled routine cleaning.
• 8. Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard.
• 9. Exhibits pleasant and cheerful demeanor and maintains a helpful attitude towards employees, physicians, patients, and visitors.
• 10. Takes initiative on a daily basis.
