The Barista prepares high-quality coffee, beverages, and food items while providing warm, efficient, and friendly service. This role ensures cleanliness, accuracy, and consistency while maintaining a welcoming environment and supporting overall outlet operations.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Experience

• Prior barista, café, or food service experience (preferred)

• Knowledge of coffee preparation, espresso machines, and beverage recipes.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, smoothies, and other beverages.
• Take guest orders, process payments, and handle cash/point-of-sale transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, barista station, and equipment.
• Restock ingredients, cups, utensils, pastries, and merchandise.
• Follow standard recipes and portion controls to ensure product consistency.
• Engage warmly with guests, answer questions, and offer recommendations.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify management of supply needs.
• Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
