Job summary

The Mable Partners LLC in Sarasota, FL is seeking a passionate Barista to join our team in a fast-paced, customer-focused café. You will craft coffee and espresso beverages and ensure a welcoming environment for every guest.

Ideal candidates have barista or food & beverage experience, strong customer service skills, reliability, and the ability to multitask while handling cash and maintaining hygiene standards. Training is provided with opportunities for advancement in the Sarasota community.

Qualifications

• Previous barista or food & beverage experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
• Basic math skills and experience handling cash or POS systems.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Food Handler certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
