Klatch Coffee is hiring baristas to join our team at multiple Orange County locations, including San Clemente. We’re looking for people who genuinely enjoy taking care of others and creating moments that brighten a customer’s day. No barista experience is required—we’ll train you and help you grow.

You’ll craft coffee with care, greet guests warmly, keep the café welcoming, and collaborate with teammates to handle busy periods. If you love coffee and connecting with people, you’ll fit right in.
