Job summary

Blessing Health System is hiring a Starbucks Barista in Quincy, IL. You will create the Starbucks Experience by delivering legendary service, making quality beverages, and maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment.

You will model Starbucks guiding principles and work with the team to ensure prompt service, accuracy, and a positive customer experience. This non-exempt, hourly role includes shift flexibility, including evenings and weekends as needed.

PAY RATE: $16.45-$22.21

JOB SUMMARY

As a Starbucks Barista, you will create the Starbucks Experience for our customers by providing legendary customer service with prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. You will be responsible for modeling and acting in accordance with Starbucks/Blessing guiding principles and best of all.
