The role requires friendly customer service, ability to multitask, and dependable attendance. Schedule flexibility includes evenings, weekends, and holidays in a 24/7 operation.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly, and efficient service to every guest.

• Prepare coffee beverages and food items according to standards and recipes.
• Recommend menu items and upsell featured products when appropriate.
• Operate the point-of-sale system, process payments, and handle cash transactions.
• Maintain accurate records for refunds, voids, and other transactions.
• Prepare and serve food items while following food safety standards.
• Monitor product quality and freshness.
• Stock, replenish, and organize products and supplies.
• Wash equipment and dishes following food safety guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure guest satisfaction.

As a Barista, you will prepare and serve coffee beverages and food items while providing great customer service. The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with guests, works well under pressure, and takes pride in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

What You'll Do
