Job summary

Lifestyle Communities is seeking a Barista to join our Front of House team. You will operate espresso equipment, handle cash, and keep a clean, organized café workspace across multiple store locations in Nashville, TN; Brier Creek, NC; Pflugerville, TX; or Columbus, OH.

The Difference You Will Make

As a Barista you will operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, POS systems, and other café equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including counters, machines, and seating areas. Restock supplies such as cups, lids, syrups, coffee beans, and pastries. Assist with opening and closing tasks, including cleaning, inventory checks, and cash handling.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required. At least one (1) year of related customer experience required.
