Zaruma Gold Coffee in DUMBO is seeking a passionate Barista to join our team. Prepare and serve espresso-based beverages, drip coffee, and teas to brand standards while maintaining a clean, inviting counter.

You will dial in espresso, manage grinder, and showcase latte art if possible. Friendly, fast service for locals and visitors is essential, along with accurate POS cash handling and pastry display upkeep.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of barista experience in a specialty coffee shop or fast-paced café setting.
• Availability: Flexible schedule, including weekend shifts, mornings, and holidays as needed.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to multitask under peak morning rush hours, and a positive team attitude.
