Opal Collection is seeking a Barista to join our team in Nashville. This role focuses on greeting guests, delivering attentive service, and upholding hygiene and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires flexibility to work weekends and holidays, with opening and closing shift responsibilities. Past experience is a plus, and a High School Diploma/GED is favored but not required.

• Responsible for personal hygiene, grooming, clean uniform, and professional appearance.
• Responsible for punctuality when reporting to work, and clocking in only after being in full uniform.
