Just Love Coffee Cafe in Marathon Village near North Nashville is seeking friendly Baristas to join a small, close-knit team in a high-traffic location. Whether you want part-time or full-time work, you’ll craft drinks, assist with food prep, and help create memorable guest experiences.

We value a positive attitude, teamwork, and a love for coffee. Sundays are required, and shifts run daily from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with opportunities to grow in a welcoming environment.

Formación

• No prior experience required; training provided.

Responsabilidades

• Craft high-quality drinks on the La Marzocco espresso machine.
• Dial in espresso and steam milk to perfection.
• Assist with food preparation, including breakfast sandwiches and other items.
• Keep the cafe clean, organized, and welcoming; teamwork at the core of daily duties.
• Sundays are required; cafe is open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Just Love Coffee Cafe, located in the heart of Marathon Village near North Nashville, is looking for enthusiastic and friendly Baristas to join our team. Responsibilities

As a Barista at Just Love Coffee Cafe, you’ll be an integral part of a four-person team, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile. Your day-to-day will include crafting high-quality drinks on a La Marzocco manual espresso machine, dialing in espresso, steaming milk to perfection, and assisting with food preparation, including breakfast sandwiches, wraps, and other menu items. Keeping the cafe clean, organized, and welcoming is a shared responsibility, and teamwork is at the heart of everything we do. Sundays are required, as we’re open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Salary

In addition to your hourly pay, all employees share in the tip pool, which typically averages $6–$7 per hour per employee.
