What You Will Do:

• Prepare all coffee, tea, and espresso-based drinks ordered while maintaining high productivity levels.
• Maintain coffee quality standards and assist the Coffee Trainer in ensuring recipes are up to date.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer needs promptly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate department signage and pricing.
• Keep back stock organized and well-maintained.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and organized working and shopping environment.
• Assist with sampling programs, keeping sample areas full, clean, and appealing.
• Follow established procedures, including health and sanitation standards, and adhere to safe work practices.
• Operate and sanitize all equipment safely and properly.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

What You Will Bring:

• At least 1 year of experience as a barista in a specialty coffee company.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Strong work ethic and effective communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in confined spaces.
