No prior coffee experience is required—just a positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn. Training will cover PJ's Coffee brewing methods and Arabica beans to enhance guest experiences.

What You'll Do as a Barista

As a Barista at PJ's Coffee, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to deliver exceptional coffee and warm, welcoming service. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Crafting a variety of coffee beverages, including our famous Original Cold Brew and signature New Orleans-inspired flavors.
• Providing outstanding customer service with a smile, ensuring every guest feels at home.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting café environment.
• Assisting with food preparation, including fresh pastries and breakfast sandwiches.
• Operating the cash register and handling transactions accurately.
• Learning and sharing your knowledge about our premium Arabica beans and brewing methods.
