Responsibilities

• Greet and connect with each customer.

• Serve orders per recipe and aesthetic guidelines.
• Deliver products within speed-of-service guidelines.
• Assist with promotions and driving traffic outside store when scheduled.
• Line-bust outside store to improve speed of service.
• Maintain cleanliness of store equipment and workstations.
• Restock supplies and merchandise to optimize workflow.
• Keep coworker and customer areas clean and organized.
• Demonstrate genuine appreciation to every customer.

The Barista creates a memorable customer experience by providing fast, friendly service and consistent, quality products. This role is responsible for performing all job duties in a manner consistent with current company processes and procedures and maintaining all food safety and sanitation standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet and connect with each customer
• Welcome questions and seek opportunities to educate on our products
• Suggestively sell gift cards, complementary/additional products, and merchandise
• Solicit order, enter sale, and process payment in a timely and friendly fashion
• Manage cash drawer, following established cash handling procedures
• Serve all customer orders according to recipe and aesthetic guidelines
• Deliver products within established speed of service guidelines and identify drink upon delivery
• Sign waive outside of store when scheduled to assist with promotions and driving customer traffic
• Line-bust outside of store when scheduled to assist with speed of service
• Operate and maintain cleanliness of all store equipment
• Optimize workflow efficiency by restocking workstations, food, supplies, and merchandise
• Maintain cleanliness of coworker and customer areas
• Demonstrate genuine appreciation to each customer

Physical Demands / Working Conditions

• Standing on feet for extended periods
• Repetitive motion including bending, stooping and reaching
• Lifting up to 50 lbs
• Wearing a headset
• Working in a small space
• Ability to climb ladders and step ladders
• Ability to stand in an upright position without walking more than three consecutive steps occasionally
• Ability to walk more than three consecutive steps for extended periods of time
• Ability to hear, see, and speak within a loud environmentAbility to stoop and climb occasionally throughout a day
• Ability to work with hands on one- and two-handed activities constantly throughout a day
• Requires weekend and holiday availability
