Job summary

The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf Canyon Pointe is seeking a Barista to serve customers with friendly, individualized attention and to educate them about premium coffees and teas.

You will follow standard recipes, operate the POS system, handle cash, and assist in maintaining a clean, well-merchandised store while delivering high-quality beverage and food items.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with register and cash handling.
• Retail, specialty store or food establishment experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Sells and serves products to customers in a courteous and friendly manner.

• Answers customer questions about coffee and tea varieties.

Job Summary:The Barista is responsible for serving all products with friendly and individualized attention towards each customer. Barista’s are also responsible for educating customers about our premium coffees and teas.
