Are you passionate about creating delicious drinks and delivering exceptional customer experiences? At Piccolo Snowman, located in Katy, TX, we’re more than just a boba tea shop—we’re a neighborhood spot bringing smiles & community together. What You’ll Do:

• Crafting a variety of boba tea beverages and serving up our signature ice cream/italian ice.
• Following recipes to prepare either ingredients or supplies for our snacks, ice cream, italian ices and boba tea.
• Proactively and independently completing tasks needed to maintain store supplies and cleanliness.
• Providing warm, friendly and efficient service to every customer, ensuring they leave with a smile.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure a welcoming environment.
• Working collaboratively with teammates to keep operations running smoothly.
• Handling transactions accurately and responsibly.

What We’re Looking For:

• Someone 18 years or older, preferrably a college student with daytime availabilities
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• A proactive mindset vs. waiting to be told what to do.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
