Job summary

The Crepe Shop LLC in Illinois is seeking a barista to join our team. You will pour latte art and demonstrate espresso dialing during the interview, working a schedule including Tue, Fri, Sat, and Sun evenings.

Candidates must have 2+ years of barista experience or completed training with a 3rd wave roaster, and hold ServSafe and allergen certifications or obtain them within 30 days. Proficiency with Toast POS is required, and you should remain calm under pressure while following closing

• Pour latte art and dial in espresso during interview.
• 2+ years as a barista or completion of training with a 3rd wave roaster.
• Toast POS experience.
• ServSafe and allergen certifications (or obtain within 30 days).
• Calm under pressure, able to follow closing lists.

You will be scheduled on Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, from 3PM-Closed typically 9:15-9:20

Must-Have

• Be able to pour latte art and demonstrate how to dial in espresso during the interview.
• 2+ years as a barista, or show completed training with a 3rd wave roaster.
• Toast POS & experience
• ServSafe, Allergen certs (or get within 30 days), and provide us with the certificate
• Calm under fire, be able to follow closing lists with ease.
• +21 of age to apply (our restaurant is BYOB)
