Valor Hospitality is seeking a Barista for Cloudland Rising in Fawn, GA. The role focuses on drink preparation, guest interaction, and maintaining coffee bar standards in a hospitality-driven environment.

You will mix drinks, handle payments, and support daily bar operations while delivering exceptional service and ensuring safety and quality throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent education/experience.
• 3–6 months in a food and beverage services environment or establishment.
• Able to mix drinks correctly.
• Provide exceptional service to all guests.
• Able to multitask and handle equipment like a busy beverage bar.
• Able to read, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Make and serve drinks to guests following established guidelines and safety controls.
• Ring guest checks; collect cash and process charges per policies.
• Complete requisitions and supply lists; ensure pars are maintained.

Hotel experience preferred.* Able to mix drinks correctly. Provide exceptional service to all guests.* Able to multitask and handle all the equipment especially in a bar that uses modern technology. Must have manual coordination to punch buttons, grasp items in hand and to balance and carry trays loaded with food and beverage.* Able to read, speak, and understand English.
