Landed is hiring a Barista to greet customers, serve espresso drinks, and help keep the bakery running smoothly. You’ll be the first smiling face guests see and you’ll support the team with food prep and stocking duties.

You’ll handle the register, assist with food prep, and follow strict food-safety procedures. This role offers a flexible schedule, employee discounts, and opportunities for advancement within a fast-paced bakery environment.

Responsibilities

• Open/close the store and maintain cleanliness in lobby/kitchen.
• Perform basic inventory counts and restocking tasks.
• Support bakers as needed and work as a team.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming lobby and kitchen area.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Operate, clean, and restock espresso/coffee equipment and supplies.
• Run the register and handle food orders.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet customers warmly and deliver friendly, efficient service
  Run the register and handle food orders
• Assist with food prep (whipping and scooping cream cheese, chopping vegetables, prepping bagels)
• Prepare and serve espresso and coffee drinks following store recipes
• Operate, clean, and restock espresso/coffee equipment and supplies
• Restock coffee beans, milk, and bar supplies as needed
• Support bakers as needed (teamwork makes the dream work!)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and kitchen area
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Help open or close the store properly and securely
• Perform basic inventory counts and restocking tasks
