Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is hiring an enthusiastic team member for a busy customer-facing role. You will prepare hot and cold drinks, greet customers, take orders, and maintain a clean, welcoming bar area. The ideal candidate has previous experience in a similar role, knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety, excellent communication, and strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Preparing a variety of hot and cold drinks, including specialty coffees, teas, and other beverages
• Greeting customers, taking orders, answering questions about the menu, and providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
• Keeping the bar area clean and organised, ensuring all equipment is sanitised and in good working order
• Monitoring inventory levels, restocking supplies, and ensuring all ingredients are fresh and available
• Handling cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
• Ensuring that all drinks meet the company’s quality standards and are presented attractively
• Adhering to health and safety regulations, including food handling and hygiene standards
• Working closely with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
