• Barista experience or food service is a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with customers to provide an excellent in-store experience.
• Maintain a positive demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
• Prepare batch brew and pour-over coffee according to our standards.
• Maintain coffee knowledge on current offerings and communicate product information to customers.
• Taste coffee each shift to improve product knowledge.
• Properly handle and maintain all coffee brewing equipment.
• Follow cash handling and cash register policies and procedures.
• Communicate with team members and management to solve problems and improve service.
• Work well in a team environment and be punctual for shifts.
• Be flexible with changing priorities and remain calm under pressure.
