Job summary

Montage Healdsburg is seeking a dedicated team member to craft premium coffee and tea beverages while delivering exceptional guest service in a luxury setting.

You will maintain equipment cleanliness, manage inventory, and contribute to a polished guest experience. The role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and a proactive attitude toward learning and growth within the Montage brand.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all specialty coffee and tea drinks to specified standards, providing guests with professional, friendly, and timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness of coffee equipment, counters, prep areas, stocking, and knowledge of menu; participate in ongoing service training.
• Provide daily/weekly inventory of coffee, tea, beverages and supplies.
• Polish silverware/glassware.
• Deliver on guests' expectations and create WOW moments.
• Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs.

Your Journey

• Prepare all specialty coffee and tea drinks to the specified standards; providing guests with professional, friendly, and timely service

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and exercise mobility for extended periods of time during your scheduled shift


• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and for extended periods during the shift


• Ability to push and pull food serving equipment and carts weighing up to 200 pounds on a semi - regular basis
