Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic Barista to join our team in Blue Ash, OH. Greet customers, craft hot and cold beverages, and ensure a friendly, efficient experience for every guest.

You will handle transactions, learn the menu, maintain a clean station, and contribute to a team focused on quality service. Prior retail or hospitality experience is preferred; full-time benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Retail, hospitality, and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders.
• Create and serve beverages (coffee, cappuccinos, espresso, lattes, teas).
• Receive payments and handle transactions.
• Provide excellent service with each interaction.
• Understand menu offerings and upsell when appropriate.

• Receive and process customer payments
• Provide a level of excellence through great service with each customer you assist
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all menu offerings
• Clean and sanitize work areas

Requirements:

• Retail, hospitality, and/or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic mathematical skills
