Hart Family Coffee is hiring a Barista to provide fast, friendly service and craft consistent, high-quality beverages in Scooter’s Coffee locations across the United States.

You will follow Hart Family Coffee procedures, ensure food safety standards, and help guests leave smiling. Training is provided, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth within the brand.

Customer Service

• Greet and connect with each guest
• Welcome questions and educate guests on our products — be the subject matter expert

• Deliver products quickly and consistently according to recipe and aesthetic guidelines

Operations

• Follow all Hart Family Coffee cash-handling procedures
• Prepare beverages and food items according to brand recipes
• Maintain cleanliness of all equipment and perform routine maintenance
• Restock workstations, food items, and supplies to optimize workflow
• Keep the store environment clean, organized, and guest-ready
