Vohra Wound Physicians in Jasper, TX, seeks a full-time bariatric surgeon with an active MD/DO license to deliver bedside wound care across multiple facilities. The role features no nights, no call, and no weekend duties, with a typical 7am–4pm schedule.

You will train in advanced wound modalities, participate in weekly rounds, and work within a mobile practice radius of 40–60 miles. The position offers paid onboarding and a 6‑month wound care fellowship, with W2 employment and comprehensive

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state you wish to practice.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.

Responsibilities

• Full-time work: Monday - Friday (7am-4pm) or part-time available.
• No call and no weekend clinical responsibilities.
• Deliver modern wound management at the bedside in post-acute settings (Skilled Nursing Facilities and LTAC Hospitals).
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility.
• Part-time role: minimum 3 days per week; Full-time: 4–5 days per week.
• Mobile practice: travel within a 40–60 mile radius of practice location.
• Treat approximately 20–30 patients per day across 2-3 facilities per day.
• Clinical documentation in real-time at point of care using our EMR.
• Paid training during onboarding + 6 months wound care fellowship.
• W2 employment contract; no work visa sponsorship.
