Vohra Physicians is seeking a Bariatric Surgeon in Victoria, Texas, to join a national team specialized in wound management. This role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with no night, weekend, or call responsibilities, allowing for an ideal work-life balance.

As a member of our team, you will provide expert bedside wound care, receive extensive training, and utilize cutting-edge technologies to enhance patient care. A minimum commitment of three weekdays is required, providing flexibility and autonomy in your practice.

Bariatric Surgeon Position with National Wound Physician Group

No Nights, No Call, No Weekend Clinical Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Become an expert in wound management, learn from highly qualified wound-certified physician trainers and Fellowship Directors. Utilize cutting-edge clinical technologies and the latest wound care modalities.
• Provide bedside wound care in facilities across the network (over 3,200 facilities across 28 states).
• Provide physician-level wound management training and a wound fellowship, giving you the knowledge and expertise for clinical excellence.
• Deliver modern wound management at the bedside in post-acute care settings: Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals.
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility.
• Mobile practice: visit facilities within a 40–60 mile radius; visit 2–3 facilities per day, treating approximately 20–30 patients per day.
• Clinical documentation is at the point of care, in real-time during clinical rounds, using a proprietary wound-specific EMR.
• Paid Training during onboarding and a 6-month wound care fellowship.
• W2 employment contract (No work visa sponsorship is available).
• Full-time or part-time options: Full-time is 4–5 days per week; Part-time is a minimum of 3 days per week.

Compensation & Benefits

• W2 physicians earn, on average, $300,000 per year plus benefits for a 30-hour work week (part-time opportunities available).
