Skilled Wound Care in Stockton, CA is seeking a Bariatric Surgeon to lead wound care initiatives in SNFs. This role offers a no-call, Monday–Friday schedule with autonomy to manage patient outcomes in a less hospital-centric environment.

Full-time or part-time positions are available; compensation includes base salary with potential bonuses and per-patient/per-procedure pay. Training in wound care is provided.

Qualifications

• MD or DO must be licensed in the state of practice.
• DEA license or eligibility to obtain one is required.
• Open background welcomed; comprehensive wound care training provided.

Responsabilités

• Perform surgical debridement and bedside procedures as part of wound care.
• Evaluate and treat chronic, non-healing, complex wounds in diverse settings.
• Utilize advanced dressings and wound protocols to promote healing.
• Collaborate with skilled nursing facilities and post-acute care teams to monitor patient progress.
