Skilled Wound Care, a premier national physician group, is hiring Bariatric Surgeons in Huntsville, AL to work as wound care physicians and lead wound care initiatives across the area. This role offers a no-call, Monday–Friday schedule with full- or part-time options, allowing preservation of personal time while maintaining surgical skills through bedside debridement and advanced wound protocols.

You must hold an MD or DO with an unrestricted license; training in wound care is provided, and you

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Unrestricted/clear medical license in the state of practice (or eligibility to obtain one).
• DEA license or eligibility to obtain one.
• No prior wound care experience required; training provided.

Responsabilités

• Surgical and bedside debridement and other bedside procedures.
• Evaluation and treatment of chronic, non-healing and complex wounds.
• Advanced dressings and specialized wound protocols.
• Collaborative care in skilled nursing facilities and the post-acute setting, where you follow patients through healing.

• Medical Degree: MD or DO from an accredited institution
