Join Morrison Healthcare at University of Virginia Medical Center in Charlottesville, VA as a Bariatric Clinic Registered Dietitian. This full-time hybrid role supports pre- and post-surgery nutrition in a multidisciplinary team within a level-one trauma center.

The RD will collaborate with surgeons, an NP, nurses, and psychologists, participate in quality improvement, and contribute to patient education. Eligibility: RDN or CD R exam eligible, licensed in state, and strong clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CD R exam eligible.
• Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable.
• Healthcare experience preferred—new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre- and post-surgery nutrition counseling for bariatric patients.
• Collaborate with surgeons, NP, nurses, and psychologists to develop care plans.
• Contribute to quality improvement projects and patient education initiatives.
