Job summary

Westlake Pipe & Fittings is seeking a Barcode Operator to barcode and package plastic fittings for retail sales. You will report to the Barcode Supervisor and perform labeling, packing, and quality checks on a daily basis.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic math skills, and the ability to read instructions in English. Overtime and teamwork are expected in this general factory environment with heat and noise.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow work instructions in English.
• Basic math and counting skills.
• Experience in barcode labeling or packaging is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate barcode production line safely and efficiently.
• Label and package fittings with correct labels and packaging.
• Complete daily barcode production line paperwork accurately.
• Identify and escalate non-conforming quality defects.
• Assist with machine changes and line clearance when needed.
• Maintain clean and organized work area.
• Overtime as required by supervision.
