As an Assistant Shop Leader, you\'ll start at 45% commission and scale up to 55%. We reward performance weekly, so the more you bring in, the more you take home - simple, fair, and fully in your hands. Our leaders usually take home an average of $44,000 - $58,000/year.

Your Schedule
