Pay: $18–$25 per hour based on licensing and experience

Hours: Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM

YOUR DAY AS A BARBERING TEACHER

As our Barbering Teacher in Wichita, you will guide eager future barbers through real, hands‑on learning that builds lasting skill and confidence, leading from the clinic floor as the dependable presence your students trust. You will demonstrate cutting, shaving, and grooming techniques while showing how to deliver a high‑level client experience, then actively coach students as they practice those same skills themselves. You will create an environment that feels both structured and encouraging, manage your classroom effectively, track individual progress, answer questions as they arise, and continuously help each future professional develop both their technical ability and their confidence behind the chair.
