Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have experience in education and barbering, plus familiarity with Paul Mitchell products.
• Must demonstrate positive, effective communication, soft skills, professional development, and teamwork.
• Current California Barbering license and at least 3 years behind the chair are required.
• Excellent organization, coaching, and communication skills.
• Experience with supervision, teamwork, and documentation is preferred.
• Solid work history with verifiable references and a passion for the beauty industry.
• Honesty and professionalism; knowledge of Paul Mitchell Schools culture and systems is a plus.
