Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to engage students one-on-one and with inmate aides in a classroom/lab.
• Knowledge of adult education policy and procedures.
• Experience maintaining classroom, equipment, and inventories; competency in current trade licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective Career and Technical instruction in the barber trade area.
• Assist students to complete required competencies for the trade area.
• Demonstrate effective classroom or lab management.
• Ensure lab safety compliance and maintain accurate student records.
• Implement and enforce lab rules and safety procedures.
